KirMag Inc. has two full-time people: Chad Booth and Ria Rossi Booth. That’s the entire permanent staff — and it’s deliberate.
Behind that small core is a much larger network: dozens of specialized, top-tier freelance producers, shooters, editors, and writers built over four decades of broadcast production, many of whom have worked directly with Chad before. A project isn’t staffed from a fixed roster of a few people — it’s built from whoever in that network is the right fit for what the story actually needs.
Chad is personally involved in every project KirMag takes on. That’s also deliberate: by choice, he limits how many projects run at once so that four decades of experience are actually behind each one, not spread thin across a slate too large to give any single project real attention.
